Description: The practice of Vajrabhairava, also known as Yamantaka, belongs to the “Father Tantra” (development of Bodhicitta and illusory body), however, it is considered as a practice of “Non-dual Tantra” because certain aspects of the "Mother Tantra" are included in it. This meditation allows you to transform aggression and hatred into a powerful and specific energy that spontaneously eliminates all kinds of confusion. It also implies the transformation of ignorance into an all-pervading space, free from conditioning and frustration, as opposed to ego’s narrow and built-up space.
