Descrizione: | Gli 'Otto versi dell'addestramento mentale' sono stati composti da Langri Tangpa Dorje Senghe, ed è un breve testo di Lojong (letteralmente significa ‘allenamento della mente’), e consiste in una meditazione su otto argomenti, il cui fine è modificare in modo radicale le nostre abitudini mentali e il nostro atteggiamento verso la vita.
