In seguito, dopo un'iniziazione di mahanuttara yoga tantra e dopo aver praticato lo stadio di generazione, il praticante richiede al proprio guru le necessarie istruzioni sulla mahamudra. Secondo questo sistema, maha (grande) significa "la grande beatitudine simultanea", mentre "mudra" (sigillo) si riferisce alla vacuità stessa. L'effettiva mahamudra del tantra segreto è quindi l'unione della grande beatitudine simultanea con la vacuità. Realizzare la vacuità con la mente della "grande beatitudine simultanea" è il metodo più veloce e più rapido per ottenere la perfetta illuminazione. | dc.description.en | The practice of Mahamudra depends on having generated a certain experience of the three main aspects of the path: renunciation, the enlightened attitude of bodhicitta and the correct view of emptiness. Later, following a Maha-anuttara Yoga Tantra initiation and after practicing the generation stage, the practitioner requests his/her guru for the necessary instructions on Mahamudra. According to this system, maha (great) refers to "the great simultaneous bliss", while "mudra" (seal) refers to emptiness itself. The actual Mahamudra of the secret tantra is therefore the simultaneously union of great bliss with emptiness. Realizing emptiness with the mind of "great simultaneous bliss" is the fastest and quickest method of achieving ultimate enlightenment.
