A questi, il primo Tag-Pa Rinpoche, fu trasmesso il metodo e concesso il permesso di praticare la sua particolare meditazione yoga-tantrica che, include anche il "Mandala del Corpo". Questa pratica fu considerata rara e profonda, grazie anche alle sue caratteristiche peculiari, la provenienza da un lignaggio diretto, ed anche, grazie alla sua particolare collocazione quale pacifica energia femminile.Ghesce Jampa Lodro, concederà questa iniziazione di Mahanuttara-Yoga Tantra (la più alta delle quattro classi del Tantra) nell'aspetto di Tara; insieme con il commentario orale che illustra come sviluppare questo metodo nella pratica della meditazione. Prerequisito per ricevere l'iniziazione e il commentario di Tara Cittamani è aver ricevuto una grande iniziazione di Mahanuttara Yoga Tantra. dc.description.enTara, a manifestation of all the enlightened activities of the Buddhas, is one of the major deities of Buddhism as well as a representative of feminine energy. Particularly dear to Tibetans, they practice with devotion the Praises to the Twenty-One Taras; and a few hundred years ago she appeared in a vision to a great yogi. In fact, the method and granted permission to practice her particular yoga-tantric meditation which also includes the “Mandala of the Body” was given to the first Tagpa Rinpoche. This practice was considered rare and profound thanks to its origin from a direct lineage and peculiar characteristics, and also thanks to its particular position as a peaceful female energy. Geshe Jampa Lodro granted this Maha-anuttara Yoga Tantra (the highest of the four classes of Tantra) initiation in the aspect of Tara, together with the oral commentary illustrating how to develop this method in meditation practice. Prerequisite for receiving Tara Cittamani's initiation and commentary: having received a Maha-anuttara Yoga Tantra initiation. Following these teachings involves keeping the daily commitments, to be fulfilled for the rest of life, such as: Tara C.'s Guru Yoga, Six-Session Guru Yoga, as well as observing the Bodhisattva and Tantric vows.it_IT
