| dc.description.it | Il mahanuttarayoga tantra di Yamantaka possiede cinque speciali caratteristiche: elimina le interferenze nei discepoli pigri e incapaci di padroneggiare la mente; contiene i punti fondamentali sia del tantra maschile, sia del tantra femminile; protegge dalle influenze negative; insegna a realizzare i due aspetti principali del tantra maschile e femminile; unisce in sé gli aspetti pacifici e irati dell'energia della manifestazione. Per poter praticare correttamente questo tantra è necessario aver coltivato la mente nelle meditazioni del sentiero graduale (Lam-Rim) e nella compassione verso gli esseri senzienti. "Con la compassione quale motivazione causale, il praticante utilizza l'odio o l'ira per uno scopo specifico. Tale tecnica si basa sul fatto che quando ci arrabbiamo si manifesta una mente colma di grande energia e potenza. Quando si cerca di portare a compimento un'azione che richiede una certa forza irata (sempre per beni benefici), l'energia e il potere possiedono un grande potenziale. | dc.description.en | Yamantaka's Maha-anuttarayoga Tantra possesses five special characteristics: it eliminates interference in lazy disciples unable to master the mind; it contains the fundamental points of both father tantra and mother tantra; protects from negative influences; teaches to realize the two main aspects of father tantra and mother tantra; unites within itself the peaceful and wrathful aspects of the energy of manifestation.
