Facendo sinceramente delle offerte e richieste amorevoli rendiamo la nostra mente pronta per ricevere le complete benedizioni di questo prezioso lineaggio e per attualizzare velocemente le realizzazioni necessarie per ottenere l'Illuminazione. Se vogliamo sperimentare velocemente le realizzazioni la pratica della Lama Ciopa è indispensabile. MAHAMUDRA. La Mahamudra è lo stato della grande unione di beatitudine e vacuità, ed è il risultato finale del Sentiero tantrico. Ciò è possibile perchè la natura essenziale della nostra mente è identica alla natura di un Buddha.it_IT
