This mind training belongs to a group of teachings and practices, known as "thought transformation" (Tibetan: Lojong) about the transformation of self-centered thinking into an attitude that cares for others, with the ultimate goal of developing bodhicitta: the mind that aspires to attain enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11996/489 | Other Identifiers: | AAU-DIZEQXHHH | Content restrictions: | LIBERO | Access Mode: | LIBERO |
