Description: Taming the mind and bringing it to the right understanding of reality is not an easy task, it requires a slow and gradual process. It is essential to first “listen” to the teachings concerning the explanation of the mind and its functioning, the nature of phenomena, and the various trainings to be practiced to enter the various paths that lead to ultimate liberation. The practitioner at this stage has to internalize many Dharma words. It is necessary to "Reflect" this information with a careful and profound analysis, to obtain a clear realization of the doctrine, and finally "Meditate" to work on the transformation of the mind.
