Abstract: Short course on Shakyamuni Buddha first teaching given in Sarnath, about the origin of suffering and the path that allows to its definitive cessation.
Description: “The Four Noble Truths” was the first teaching of Shakyamuni Buddha given in Sarnath, about the origin of suffering and the path that allows its definitive cessation. This human rebirth is precious in many ways and undoubtedly destined to end soon. Reflecting on all this, it is good to live it, in the best way, to leave this life happy and satisfied with how we lived it, with a look at the extraordinary possibility of abandoning this body as an old garment. The truth of suffering has its roots in the truth of its causes, the truth of liberation from suffering has its roots in the truth of the path that frees from causes. The "Four Noble Truths" shown by Buddha are the foundation of a spiritual practice that leads the human being to the full development of his/her noblest qualities.
