| it_IT |
dc.description.en | The "Graduate Path to Enlightenment" (Lamrim) is a system of Dharma practice introduced in Tibet by the Indian Master Atisha (between 1042 and 1054 AD) and developed over the centuries by various Tibetan lamas. According to tradition, the body of these teachings goes back to Buddha Shakyamuni himself. The main quality of Lamrim is to simply synthesize all the teachings of Buddha, handed down in the original Sutras, for anyone who intends to develop his/her spiritual life (either to obtain a better rebirth, to enter the state completely free from suffering or to achieve excellent bodhisattva qualities and achieving buddhahood). During this teaching Geshe Tenphel himself will guide the meditation at the end of the teaching. | it_IT |
