Queste tre fasi possono essere vissute come un'ulteriore sofferenza o come mezzi per una definitiva felicità, dipende esclusivamente da noi. Infatti è possibile sperimentare una morte che è completa liberazione di ogni tipo di afflizione, fine di tutti i nostri difetti mentali, sorgente della felicità permanente, e una nascita che è emersione definitiva dal ciclo della sofferenza, che si apre nella beatitudine, nella comprensione chiara e definitiva della realtà, nella perfetta disponibilità verso gli altri esseri senzienti... in una parola nell'Illuminazione. Lo stato finale, realizzato dai Buddha di tutti i tempi, lo si ottiene portando le tre "basi" nella pratica del Sentiero; così i tre momenti decisivi della nostra vita ordinaria diventano strumenti di realizzazione degli aspetti della buddhità: il corpo di Dharma (Dharmakaya), il corpo di Gioia (Sambogakaya) e il corpo di Manifestazione (Nirmanakaya). Per portare le tre "basi" nel Sentiero, si praticano sia i Sutra che i Tantra, ma in entrambi i casi è necessario conoscere e capire che cosa significa morire, attraversare una fase intermedia e prendere una successiva rinascita. Durante il corso Ghesce-la guida le sessioni di insegnamento e di meditazione per far conoscere il processo della nascita e della morte così come le caratteristiche dell'esperienza intermedia tra la morte e la rinascita, quando il corpo sottile (bardopa) può andare dovunque, spinto dalle energie karmiche.it_IT
dc.description.enAll sentient beings experience the process of birth, death and the phase in between death and subsequent rebirth (intermediate stage). These three phases can be experienced as further suffering or as a means to a definitive happiness, it’s up to us. In fact, it is possible to experience death as complete liberation from all kinds of afflictions, the end of all our mental defects, the source of permanent happiness, and a birth that is a definitive emersion from the cycle of suffering, which opens in bliss, in clear and definitive understanding of reality, in perfect availability to help other sentient beings... in a word: Enlightenment. The ultimate state, achieved by the Buddhas of all times, is obtained by bringing the three "bases" into the practice of the Path; thus the three decisive moments of our ordinary life become instruments of realization of the different aspects of Buddhahood: the Body of Truth (Sanskrit: Dharmakaya), the Body of Enjoyment (Sanskrit: Sambhogakaya) and the Body of Form (Sanskrit: Nirmanakaya). Sutras and Tantras are practised to bring the three "bases" into the Path, but in both cases it is necessary to know and understand what it means to die, to go through an intermediate stage and to take a subsequent rebirth. During the course Geshe-la leads the teaching and meditation sessions to raise awareness on the process of birth and death as well as about the characteristics of the intermediate experience in between them, when the subtle body (bardopa) can go anywhere, driven by karmic energies.it_IT
