Description: Particular psychophysical techniques were taught throughout this seminar that constitute the initial path of our complete spiritual development. They are not exotic and esoteric practices, but excellent preliminaries to higher Buddhist meditations such as the "Six Yogas of Naropa", highlighting the significance and value of the human body according to Buddhism. The understanding and correct practice of Tibetan yoga allows the practitioner to come into contact with the pure energies of his own body, removing physical and mental blocks and thus experiencing a new type of awareness. Visualization and repetition of mantras are very helpful in developing this awareness. By focusing our mind on specific images or symbols, we can loosen the mental projections that determine and limit our sensations by giving a new dimension to the perception of the world and opening new perspectives to everyday life.
