Description: Teaching on the “The Song of the Four Mindfulnesses”, passed down by Lama Tsongkhapa to Jetsun Sherab Senge, and HH the 7th Dalai Lama, Kalsang Gyatso, wrote it down. The four mindfulnesses are: 1. mindfulness of spiritual guidance, 2. mindfulness of compassion, 3. mindfulness of oneself in the aspect of divinity, 4. mindfulness of the vision of emptiness (sunyata). The teaching was given on the occasion of the visit of S.S. Dalai Lama in Pomaia in 1982.
