Description: Greater Krya Tantra initiation. The Buddha of Compassion manifested in the thousand-armed form to give instructions to Gelongma Palmo, also known as Bhikshuni Lakshmi, who suffered leprosy. Having practiced this buddha's tantra known as “Nyung-ne” (structured in visualizations, prostrations, fasting, mantras and prayers) she healed. As this is a Krya Tantra initiation, it is necessary to take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, request the bodhisattva vows and keep the commitments associated with the vows and initiation.
