|Description:||In the Abidharma, the analysis of the 51 mental factors is considered fundamental for the knowledge of the mind. Around half of the 51 factors are considered harmful, while most of the rest are considered beneficial. By understanding how virtuous and negative mental factors act on our minds and by learning to evaluate their consequences, we will be able to generate greater awareness, reduce suffering and nurture the sources of happiness.||URI:||http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11996/114||Other Identifiers:||AAU-BTXVKZJJV||Content restrictions:||VINCOLIEDITORE||Access Mode:||DIRITTIEDITORE|
